Rotor
The rotor is the heart of the HSI crusher. Computerized balanced rotor reduce the extra vibration in machine and increase the bearing’s life. Durable material of blow bars and reversable usage reduce the wear part cost.
Blow Bar Locking System
The blow bars are locked in rotor by wedges which are self tighten
by centrifugal force of rotor. it makes this blow bar locking system
fail proof and can be easily removed for blow bar changing
Grinding Path System
Stoneberg’s HSI crusher is fitted with grinding path system.
The grinding path system allows the control of size, also generate
the cubicle shape of product.
Easy Maintenance
Motorised hydraulic system makes easy & simple to open the hood
of HSI crusher. Which gives access to change body liners, curtain
liners, blow bars etc. or to regular cleaning & maintenance.
Also there are easy access windows for quick view of machine interior.
Blow bar locking system is there for ease of blow bar changing.
